At the agency where I work we work a rotating schedule with 12 hour shifts. Day shift is 0600-1800 and night shift is 1800-0600. The days break down is, work Monday, off Tuesday and Wednesday, work Thursday Friday off Saturday Sunday. Then it flips and you work the days that you were off last week. Does anyone work a different schedule and how do you like it

Traditionally, project management entailed translating brain power onto pen and paper and loads of spreadsheets, emails, and various messaging platforms. While these methods still work for some people, managing projects through these means when working with virtual assistants can be messy because there’s so much backtracking to do, and important information can get lost in between going through emails and checking multiple communication software.
